I received it in 10 days, as described, but the ball doesn't move easily. I have a Yorkshire terrier and although he licks the ball without moving it, I put yogurt on it and he didn't come near any wet food. If I do, he does come over, but since the ball is so tight, it doesn't move. At the moment I'm not very happy; I'll see later if I can find another smaller ball that moves. It came well packaged as shown in the images.
This works really well and keeps my little dog satisfied for a while. I am happy with my purchase and may buy another.

It was extremely difficult to get the white piece off to take ball out & fill the bowl. We never could get the ball to roll at all & finally gave up on using it. I can get a small bowl out & give her lickable treats there far more easily.
Nice but doesnt get all the licki licks has 2 b took apart 2 get the rest out !!
